Throughout his professional career, Nolan has spent his free time photographing the natural beauty of Florida. For many years, he explored the Everglades and Big Cypress National Preserve taking photographs of the interplay of water, land and sky. Recently, he has turned his attention to the sea and has begun producing prints of life under the sea. As a fine art photographer, Nolan has shown work at Fort Lauderdale City Hall, the Lee Wagoner Gallery at the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport and the Ft. Lauderdale Historical Society. Two of Nolan’s Everglades photographs are part of former Senator Bill Nelson’s extensive Florida art collection. Nolans work also prominently displayed in several buildings throughout Florida.
